Real estate developer Harmond Wilks is determined to become the first black mayor of Pittsburgh, on a mission to revive his blighted childhood neighborhood. As Wilks confronts characters from the past, he is forced to question how pursuing change could put his neighborhood’s history at risk.
Tickets are $45. Seniors 62+ pay $40, artists and students pay $30. (Seniors and students may be required to show valid ID at the door.) PPTCO alumni (playwrights, artists, designers, crew & tech who have worked for Pittsburgh Playwrights in the past) are admitted FREE through August 18th. All tickets for the preview are $30, and all tickets for the Divine Nine event (see below) are $45. We use open seating, so seats are not reserved. Contact us if you have any special needs.
